Location: Beaconsfield, Sydney
Materials: Structural Steel

Project Duration (3D modelling, fabrication & Installation): 4 weeks, This site is situated on the lower floor of a warehouse/office conversion in Sydney’s inner west. The client’s brief was to maximise lettable space and create something that was ‘visually appealing’. The structure is made from a series of 380 PFCs and 310UC158 beams attached to two concrete columns, and a slab edge creating an additional 140m 2 of floating office space. The concrete columns were scanned to ensure that none of the proposed structural bolts would interfere with the reinforcement and undermine their integrity.
